Email support@chorexp.com and we’ll get back to you. Include the parent email on the account and, if it helps, the kid’s display name.
How kids sign in
A parent creates each kid account, which produces a unique username and a 4-digit PIN. Kids sign in with that username and PIN on the “Kid” tab — they never create their own account and never enter an email address. A parent can change a kid’s username or PIN at any time from the adult area.
Forgotten PIN or username
Sign in as the parent and open the kid’s profile in the adult area to see the username and set a new PIN. After five wrong attempts, kid sign-in pauses for ten minutes before it will accept new tries.
Approving completed chores
Quests a kid finishes appear in the adult area for review, along with any photo or stopwatch proof. XP is only awarded once an adult approves. If a kid missed a day for a legitimate reason, they can send an appeal or request days off, and the adult decides.
ChoreXP Plus and billing
Subscriptions are purchased and managed inside the adult area only. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; Lifetime is a one-time purchase if it is offered. Use Restore Purchase in the adult billing screen when moving to another device. On iPhone or iPad, manage it under Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Apple handles refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, open Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions; Google handles refund requests under its Play refund policy.
Deleting your account
A parent can delete the household from Settings in the app, or from the public Delete Account page. Deleting removes kid accounts and their proof media that are not shared with another linked adult.
